All are invited to attend this two-day presentation, which will provide an in-depth review of every article contained in the draft Navajo Government Reform Proposal. The proposal is a 113-page document consisting of twenty (20) articles.

The preliminary presentation schedule is as follows:

Day 1:
Preamble and Articles 1–9
(Navajo Individual Rights)

Day 2:
Articles 10–20
(Government Structure and Operations)

Tentative Agenda

... under 2 N.N.C. § 970. Establishment is, "The Commission is a special entity created by the Navajo Nation Council with quasi-independent authority to accomplish the People's project of instituting reforms necessary to ensure an accountable, responsible, ethical, and equally representative government." Hence, the following overstrike and underscore ".. the Council's project," to "..the People's project."
